Just The Facts

  1. The law give police officers the ability to request to see proof that a person is legally allowed to be in America, as long as the person is doing something involving the police (getting pulled over, being questioned about a crime, etc...)
  2. Despite what you may have heard, the law does not give police officers the ability to just stop you on the street and punt you across the border if your first name is Jose
  3. The people who don't believe fact #2 are fantastic at ignoring fact #1
  4. If everyone who says the law is racist is right, then Arizona Senate Bill 1070 makes South African Apartheid look like a Martin Luther King Jr's Day parade.
