D12

D12 was the background noise in your Eminem music. You know those instruments you keep hearing over his complaining? Yeah, that's them.

Thanks, Marshall. You were blocking the thugs.

Just The Facts

  1. Eminem has a real name: Marshall Mathers, hence M&M. He also calls himself slim shady, and for some reason, B-rabbit. What's that about? Not enough names, Marshall?
  2. D12 consists completely of black guys. Except for one skinny white boy whom they raised as their own.
  3. D12 have also been reffered to as "dirty dozen," and "D-twizzy." Jesus. WHY SO MANY NAMES?!

Eminem

This article will try to relate to real life as much as possible by putting Marshall before his band. Oh, and I'm calling you Marshall, not Eminem, not slim shady, not B-Rabbit, Marshall, OK?!

So, you hear eminem songs, like "Cleaning out my closet" and "Mockingbird" and you see that Marshall is just a poor soul, who makes serious songs about his life. So you listen to some more songs. Suddenly, you see a hand puppet with a poorly faked accent, and it's then that you realize... Marshall is batshit crazy.

He was also in some other crappy bands, but nobody cares about that. I think music is all he's done with his life, ever... Because you just can't picture Marshall behind a desk at a building.

D12, all six of them.

That's right. There are six members in the dirty dozen (including Marshall). DOZEN. I would have thought you'd at least know how to count after growing up on the streets.

The members' real names are: Rufus Johnson, Ondre Moore, Deshaun Holton, Von Carlisle, and Denaun Porter... Of course, when they realized how gay their names were, they changed them to:
Peter S. Bizarre, Swift, Proof, Kuniva, and Kon Artis.

In August, 2004, they all went to Hollywood to film a movie called "Devil's night." All of them except Marshall. You might think it's because he already made a movie about his past life, and named it after one of his songs (8 Mile). But no. Devil's night is a scary movie. So... Good luck with that?

Deshaun/ Proof died in April, 2006.

That's what you get for going to Hollywood without me

And now, I leave you with some pictures of Marshall.....
