DARPA and you
DARPA is responsible for the developement of new weapons and technologies, used in the US military(mostly weapons). DARPA is most famous for its work on the "Metal Gear Rex" project, which sort of ruined them when a bunch of terrorist took over the base and stole Rex, but we won't get into that. DARPA, formerly ARPA, decided to change it's name to DARPA, then back to ARPA, then back to DARPA (for reasons...unknown...not realy, but it sounds mysterious). Why the needless changing of names? I dunno, and im to damned lazy to look it up, so either go falk yurself or look it up yourself.
Funny, that tank is actually a Russian T-95.
