Not bad!  Several good smiles in there.  A few places where the editing could've been a little tighter, but on the whole it moved quickly and parodied TV detective conventions well.  I think the organ tone on the theme should be a little more aggressive though.

On the whole, I liked it a bunch.

I feel bad not liking this because I could tell a lot of effort went into it.  But the writing and concept were pretty bad.  Sometimes you guys really make me laugh hard, and then other times like this, I think, "Damn, where did it all go?"  As an overall video, it was good.  Production, lighting, acting, fliming.  But at this point, we know that you guys have the ability to pull that off every time.  I'd just like to see more consistent comedy to make use of those great production skills.  Unfortunately in this one, I didn't find anything funny about it at all.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. That's why I post our stuff here. Don't feel bad for not liking it! This was rushed into production, as we had to get it ready for the Channel 101 deadline. We are fairly pleased with it. It did well at the live screening and will be back for a second episode. We'll try harder with #2.

My favorite part was when he pushed his sleeves off to break a finger.  I'm not sure why, but I liked it the most.

It was a fine video, I didn't think the organ in the intro really pushed the theme of Conrad Stryker.  As kicsiviz said, it sounds like it needs more "attack".

As a parody of (or homage to) late 70s TV detective shows, it was bang on, and totally enjoyable.  Not much in the way of laugh out loud moments, but still worth watching and better than a lot of stuff this forum seems to get.

The main character's hair was perfect, by the way; it felt like you were going for Richard Gere, which made it funnier to me.

Amusing, but are you parodying continuity and plot errors?
Stryker sees a receipt at the scene of the crime, but the bad guys stole their stuff.
Stryker punches the first bad guy on the right side of his face, but his injury appears on the left side.

I liked the fight scene but I would have thought the plug end of the wire would be a more apt weapon of electricity, not the outlet end (but that's just me).

Nice camera work overall.

I watched the bird one, and you've got a really good thing here. The concept is superb.

If you want criticism, the acting was a bit obvious. Everything seemed a bit stiff and unconvincing, it didn't really flow. Maybe throw in some more jokes, it was a bit dry at times.
