I knew there would be opposition, and some of it would be stupid; but this...

Sorry for the double post, but that that comment needs more context.  The poster is responding to the accusation that colloidal silver, a popular medicine-show tonic, is highly toxic, has no health benefits, and turns you blue.  All well-documented facts, of course.  But who needs facts when you've got "post hoc, ergo propter hoc!"
