The Editor of the Dennon Buglerer had to apologize to the meteorology dept. graphics guy for creating that stock image of "75% chance of backyard rocket"

Sorry I'm so late to the party (I stopped to save some bees whose hive was in terrible danger).  Driscoll your stuff is awesome!

Meh, the weather reports are always wrong. They say there's going to be rockets in the afternoon, but it always ends up being just a few roman candles.

Yeah, and this one time it wasn't supposed to rockets at all so I left my rocketproof bumbershoot at home. And guess what, it was heavy rockets all afternoon.

Here's Friday's comic >

I also did a bit of work on the poster shop. Now you can see them all on one page, and click to zoom in on one. Also there is a snack table and an open bar. And a live band.

At first I thought, "Man, panel 2 is kind of early for a punchline." But then I laughed harder at each subsequent panel, so it was all ok. Except for the last panel, because that just looks so dangerous.

I can honestly say that, before reading this comic, I had never questioned the wisdom of space babies.

Hey Driscoll, would it be possible to order a signed copy the alt strip for this comic?

Also, great update.

Aw man, now that I've been reminded of that alt strip I'll again be stuck wondering what its alt-text would be if it ever had one.

That e-mail contains an example of the worst misspelling I have ever made. I do not know exactly how I messed up that word so badly.

Regardless, Hurkvember seems to be rapidly on its way towards becoming a Thing!
