Welcome to the newest Cracked.com Photoshop Contest. It will run from
Thursday May 22nd until Wednesday May 28th.
If you've never played before, it works like this:
1. We're going to give you a theme;
2. You will make an amusing photoshop image that conforms to that theme;
3. You will post it in this thread;
4. You can submit as many entries as you want;
5. If your image has naked people in it, please just link to the image rather than including the picture itself in your post;
6. In a week we will pick a winner and run it on the front page of Cracked.com, along with the runners-up, thus making you instantly world famous.
7. The first-place winner will win FIVE THOUSAND pennies, which is $50.
8. The runners-up will win THE SATISFACTION OF KNOWING THEY ALMOST WON and other than that, not a damned thing.
9. Please leave this thread just to the entries, no chit-chat. If you want to talk about the entries, start a new thread.
10.
IMPORTANT: Entries can be no wider than 480 pixels. Any bigger and it's automatically disqualified.
11. If you're completely new to the concept of posting images online, you'll have to find some place to host your image, like
photobucket.com where they'll host your image for free. Then you just link to it.
I know there is a forum file attachment upload feature but it doesn't work for everybody.
Couldn't be simpler. Ready?
Okay. This week's theme is:
Business Cards That Ensure They'll Never, Ever Forget You.
The other day
this article was going around the web showing off some "Creative" business cards (including some printed on balloons, and a cool-ass one made of punched metal). Well, we say they're not thinking outside the box far enough. A good, creative business card should be one that will make the recipient tell stories about it the rest of his life, possibly to the police.
What would such a card look like? Fire up Photoshop and show us.
EDIT: Here's a pretty cool early entry. Keep looking at it:
I don't know how you'd actually make a card do that, but it's cool anyway. Think outside the fucking box, people!
Go to it!
