I don't know if someone said that before, but how about "What if Mythology was real?".
I mean, if mythological characters and events had actually existed/happened.

Every time I go into Yahoo to check my mail I try as hard as I can not to look at the headlines they have in the front page, because they're so stupid you can literally feel the intelligence being sucked from your brain as you read them. The other day I didn't look away in time and I saw that the main article was titled: "MAN DOES BACK FLIPS DOWN SAND DUNE". Upon reading that headline, I couldn't help wondering what it would look like in front of a real newspaper. You know, in a serious looking font and stuff. Then I started thinking: what else would you find in that newspaper? Letters to the editor where people ask how babbys are formed? Screencaps of pets with hats in the front page?

In short, my suggestion is: What if Yahoo was a real newspaper?

Martha Stewart Propaganda Posters.

Done in a WWII propaganda poster style. Like "Rosie the Riveter" , something like that.

Things like:
"GO PLAID"
"THE FASCISTS ARE WATCHING ... CLEAN YOUR BATHROOM WITH LIMES"
"YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU ... TO SCRAPBOOK"

I got my idea from a commercial I saw for a certain cellphone. It bragged that the owner of this particular cellphone was, "Checking out the latest fashion trends from a runway in France", to "The latest red carpet gossip!" then finally, "Making the final bid on that perfect something-something!". Then thought, 'Wow, are they really trying to upsell this phone by making a huge point that it was INTERNET ACCESS?' Which as we all know is nothing new to telecommunications technology. So, my idea for a photoshop contest would be: If The Internet Had Commercials/Advertisements. Perspectively, like the internet was the property of someone and they had to convince others to get on there. I think that would make a decent contest.
