do techniqual problems regarding the site for JDatE2 apply here? Because for the passed few days I've been unable to get to page 27 and now the whole site is down completely for me... which is tragic.

This sucks. I haven't read this since it was released in 2006 and I wanted to re-read it.

Dude, I'm pretty most if not all of your questions are answered on the site.  johndiesattheend.com

It's currently down, because David sold the publishing rights, and I'm pretty sure it includes the sequel.

Either way, I think he said next year is the very soonest we'll ever see the rest of it.

Nitpicking: Does Dave have a curtain or a shower stall? Invisible Dave goes through a shower stall, but Dave pulls back a curtain.

There are no mistakes in the JDatE universe, just more layers to the unfathomable mystery.

Should Furius and Aurelius have any remaining doubts about Catullus' virility, he offers to fuck them anally and orally to prove otherwise.

It is a shower stall that Dave draped a curtain over. The door was broken off by a mutant land manatee, as detailed in TAoJaD issue #16.

It doesn't have to have a door to be a shower stall.

Err...I mean, a badgerconda ate it!!

Any time frame for the next section? Just finished reading it again, loved it! (although it was blocked at work, after 4 pages it came up with a bad language filter, no idea why.... )

Are there any plans on doing a book format for this one?  I want to re-read it, but I find reading online to be a bit tedious...

I'd happily buy several copies.  I mean, I have the indie press copy of JDatE, and I'll be buying the hardcover too.

With how well JDatE is selling these days, I'd estimate (based on my expertise in absolutely nothing to do with the subject) that Wong will probably (eventually) publish the sequel, but I doubt he'll do it until he actually finishes writing it, and since what's out there now is supposedly just the first third of the sequel, it may be a while...

Unless Dave plans on surprising us this halloween by posting the rest of the sequel online. Which is my secret geek fantasy.

If JDatE is as big a success as we all expect, the sequel will be a big budget, all singing, all dancing, coffee-table-sized monster of a book, complete with computer chip embedded sound effects, and full colour holograms of Nedroid's illustrations.

Or maybe a pop-up monster at the back.
