...In an upcoming anti-war album titled 'My Pal Amir'. Many consider this a 180 for Young, who praised the the Bush Administration after September 11th, called for action in his anthem 'Let's Roll' and even publicly supported the Patriot Act.  Some critics go as far as to blame Young for supposed inconsistency across records, comparing him to a 'charlatan' or a 'bandwagon whore' or a 'Yankee fan.'

Young says he stands behind "each and every one" of his albums.

The News Skim has compiled an abridged Neil Young discography:

1966

1973

1984

1994

1998

2002

2004

2005

2006

Neil Young's next studio project 'Can I Borrow Five Dollars?' is expected to record in the fall of 2007.

It always seems weired when bands are considered to be a singular, it would look to me like it made more sense if it said "Green Day are awesome". Wait, that looks wrong too. Different reasons though.

I don't think you should have used the past tense of the word "weird."

Yeah, like Neil Young would ever run for President.  He's already been on record, singing, "Being the President makes people gay."
