Rejoining the battle after another few rounds of failures, as of Nov 8, 2009, 10.49 a.m. CET.

Last thing I tried to no avail was upgrading my system to Windows 7, thinking a fresh visual start might help. Soon as I had nothing specific to take care of, first thing I did was check out my favourite porn sites. I must say, one subscription hadn't run out yet. Well...

Blimey, this isn't exactly rocket science.  This must be doable!

I never (no, never) used to watch porn because of my religious beliefs, and resisting the temptation was actually really easy for me, but then 6 months ago when my first long term girlfriend (I'm 20) broke up with me, i was feeling so shit i didnt know what to do. I ended up watching a couple of clothed girls kissing. I felt even worse afterwards, but strangely enough a couple of days later i watched something more serious, and again another few days later, and again, and again. Knowing that it always made me feel crap afterwards didnt help me avoid it.

I understand something of how difficult you all must be finding this - I got out early but 3 porn-free months later its still a struggle (this article was a real test :P  http://www.cracked.com/article_15725_10-steps-porn-addiction-where-are-you.html ). I do believe porn is addictive, and I really admire all your efforts. Keep up the good work!
