I need to make a nice intro image (still working on that) but I would like some feedback on the actual text. The list isn't entirely complete, but that is all i have had the energy for today.

Damn it mate - you not got pitches to write?

Nice work as always, but couple comments:

truffles also grow amongst the roots of ash trees.
quails eggs are kinda weak as an entry - they are nice, especially pickled, and at £1 per dozen, about the same price per weight as hens eggs.
Brie is dirt cheap - maybe look for a goat's cheese or a retardedly expensive artisan cheese.

How did you miss grouse off the list?

For the cheese you could look at buffalo Mozzarella. Stinks. has the consistancy of cheese straws. Damned expensive. Tastes nice.

amended the truffle entry

Quail's eggs may be the same (roughly) as hen's eggs in your neck of the woods, but you have to remember  I live over in the Land Of McDonald's, where High Cuisine consists of a 1/3 pound fast food burger made out of angus. Brie is cheap these days, too, but it is still considered hoity toity.


I never heard of grouse as a gourmet food and have never heard of buffalo mozzarella; consider them researched and added, thank you.
