Carlos Mencia just takes old jokes and repackages them with a mexican accent. As you all should have seen explained on South Park. Carlos once got into a whole problem with George Lopez where George cracked(punched) Carlos in the face for taking one of his jokes. Face it guys, Carlos actually does tells funny jokes, but they’re just not his. BTW Carlos Mencia(stage name) isn’t even his real name, his real name is Ned Holness (Ned Arnel Mencia by birth).

He was brought in as a cheap replacement for Chapelle because apparently they needed “another minority edgy comedy guy” to fill the gap. He even made fun of that fact on his first episode.
