I would say this clip is 1980's vintage and converted to b/w to look older. Every age has good comedians. From Dean Martin to Steve Martin to Demetri Martin. And bad -- Martin Mull, Martin Short, Martin Lawrence. (The secret is to check where they put their Martin.) I don’t think Bob Blackman goes back as far as you think.
