Poor Kiefer just got caught driving drunk again, and it looks like he’s going to be spending 48 days in prison (30 for the drunk driving, 18 for the repeated offense). Think of how many seasons 24 producers could get out of this! And even though Southerland claims he is “deeply sorry,” the fact that this is his second DUI charge since 2004 makes me think the arrest might have gone a little something like this:

I’m for any law that makes my world more entertaining. If that means I’m going to get ironically run down by a drunken Billy Joel, so be it.

Hey c’mon, Kiefer’s allowed to drive drunk because he’s a celebrity. That’s the law, right? What?
