It's a Van Damme joke fools. That is the punchline, and Van Damme is nothing if not a punchline these days.

The problem seems to be that Cracked only features the really weird strips with no punch line. I remembered looking at all of the comics at their website and being pretty entertained. After I started reading all of these comments talking mad amounts of trash, I went back, and there are still quite a few funny ones with quite obvious jokes.
Check out "Ye Olde Trading Post"
"Last Minute Valentine"
"Moon Discovery"
"Rabbit's feet"(which has a very Larson-esque copycat feel)
"Moo Jones"(another Far Side style rip-off, even if it is a bit more morbid)
"Power Rangers, Take 1"

all pretty good.
especially the two far side style ones and "ye olde trading post".
Try to at least look at a couple of things outside of what you're being filtered before you start saying it's all trash.
