Poor Steve & his fear of cheese....
ReplyI clicked on this thinking I missed it when it was new but it turns I forgot about it. Weird since I like this one. The mouse-over text is funny too. "Everyone is at least a little bit afraid of cheese". Someone help me with the top of the head and the arms and legs. Best one gets a personalized thumbs up.

Meh...
Reply"No wait! There's a whole world of cheese to explore!" :D I liked this comic for once, sometimes they put it up and I'm left scratching my head not at all amused, but this was funny.
ReplyI don't get it.
ReplyI like Daisy Owl. It makes me not want to kill all humans.
ReplyAnd thus, the polar bear we all know and love so well, finally snapped his psyche twig. He cries over his saucer of porcelain, wondering where it all went wrong.
Replythis was funny
ReplyI have to agree with IDUnavailable on one aspect. Not relating to the comic, because I actually did laugh out loud reading this one, and certainly not with his(?) demeanor, but rather, I have to agree with his take on the argument "you have to become an expert in making webcomics before you're allowed to complain about the quality of webcomics". If a house falls down, it is not required that one be a carpenter in order to criticize the quality of the work. It's clear that the work was of low quality; the house fell down. In the case of webcomics, which are meant to make people laugh, the only requirement necessary to criticize the work is a sense of humor; if you are capable of being made to laugh, and the webcomic did not make you laugh, then, where you are concerned, the webcomic is a failure. End of story.
Replygona go find me some mountain cheese
Reply"This is the best. Well done Driscoll, keep it up.
ReplyAnd guys, you can start complaining about how bad this is when you become experts in said field, which involves making a webcomic of your own that is successful enough to match this."
You're an idiot and I wish you a slow and painful death.
If only you people understood how ignorant and ridiculous this argument is. It's not required that you be a successful director to criticize one of his or her movies. It is not required that you run a successful webcomic to criticize one.
That said, I like Daisy Owl, but think Cracked does a terrible job of picking which ones to put up. Most of them aren't laugh out loud funny, but I think that's what people expect when they come to Cracked, so everyone leaves disappointed.
At least it's better than White Ninja.
absolutely terrible, theres not enough weed in jamaica to make this shit funny.
ReplyNice
ReplyI must admit that I like Daisy Owl. If nothing else it is better than White Ninja.
ReplyNot bad... but not good either.
ReplyI give it a meh out of 10.
You morons... it's a reference to the cheese shop sketch of Monty Python.
Replyi've read alot of these comics......still not funny....at all.

ReplyYou're so right. I was trying so hard to figure out what to say but... damn. Nicely said, dude.
It's like they want to be funny. The authot leads them down the path of funny, but he just decides to butt rape the comic ten meters outside of funny town.
ReplyThis is the best. Well done Driscoll, keep it up.
